Zinc Die Casting

The above picture shows a portion of our conventional zinc die cast operation.
Our 19 hot chamber die cast machines range in size from 250 tons to 850 tons.
All the machines are outfitted with robotic extractors and are PLC based to ensure a consistent quality product is produced.





Tooling

Any quality product is directly linked to the initial stage of its tooling development.
A properly engineered mould will assure part accuracy and extend die life.
Another important factor is tooling materials and consequently we only use premium quality H-13 tool steel.
